Deep cleaning
Deep Cleaning in Dorset
For everything a weekly clean never gets to.
A deep clean is slower and more detailed than a standard visit. We move things, get behind and underneath, and work on the build-up that a regular wipe-down leaves behind — oven interiors, grout, extractor grease, limescale, skirtings, door frames, window sills.
People book deep cleans before guests arrive, after building work, before a house goes on the market, at the start of a regular arrangement, or simply because it's been long enough.
A deep clean typically includes
- Oven, hob and extractor degreased; inside the microwave
- Fridge and cupboard interiors on request
- Bathroom descaling: shower screens, tiles, grout lines, taps and shower heads
- Skirting boards, door frames, handles, switches and light fittings within reach
- Window sills, tracks and interior glass
- Radiators, behind and beneath moveable furniture
- Floors cleaned properly, including edges and corners
Who this suits
- Homes that haven't had a full clean in six months or more
- Post-renovation or post-decorating dust
- Properties going on the market or being photographed
- Spring cleans and pre-Christmas resets
How long a deep clean takes
Considerably longer than a regular visit — a small flat might take most of a morning, a family house can take a full day or more than one cleaner. We'd rather quote you honestly than rush a job that needed twice the time.
We'll ask about property size, number of bathrooms and how long it's been since the last thorough clean before giving you a figure.
Deep clean or regular clean?
A regular clean maintains a standard. A deep clean creates one. If your kitchen and bathrooms have visible build-up, start with a deep clean — then regular visits keep it there.
